Jacob Aron leads the news team at New Scientist, overseeing coverage of the latest in science and technology both digitally and in print. He has a BSc in mathematics from the University of Bristol and an MSc in science communication from Imperial College London.
Jacob joined New Scientist in 2011 as a technology reporter, and has since held a number of roles including physics and space reporter, analysis editor and deputy news editor. He also writes a monthly column about video games. His work has appeared in the Guardian, the Observer and SciDevNet.
